Jen is thrilled to serve in the House of Delegates as a member of the Environment and Transportation Committee. She previously served on the Howard County Council for 12 years. Jen grew up in Columbia and is a proud graduate of Oakland Mills High School. She is the loving mother of three amazing Hammond High School graduates.

Jen knows what it takes to stand up for our shared values and address our community’s concerns. Among her top priorities are addressing the issues of equity, housing, disabilities, and the climate change crisis. She has fought for improved access to healthcare, better transportation, and is working to improve transparency in campaign financing.
